President/Chief Executive Officer

Deborah has 25 years of extensive experience as a Registered Nurse.  Practical knowledge obtained via service at LAC-USC Medical Center and Loma Linda University Medical Center. This experience includes, but is not limited to, Assistant Nurse Manager in Internal Medicine and Medical-Surgical Nursing. Acquired knowledge in Case Management in the Acute Hospital, Sub-acute Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility and in the Ambulatory setting for over 15 years.  Deborah is a Certified Case Manager and an Internal Nurse Auditor who has a strong understanding and knowledge of the Medical Record, Standards of Care, the Nursing Process and its application.  Deborah is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant from The Vickie Milazzo Institute.®
